  • How do I reserve my party date?

Once we have confirmed that we have availability for your event, a deposit is due to hold your party date. Your party is not solidified until this deposit is paid. To ensure a smooth party experience for our performers and clients, we now require that your remaining balance be paid 48 hours before your event. 

If you are having a last minute event within 48 hours, the full balance will be due upon booking. If the balance is not paid on time, we will not be able to attend your event! 

You can also opt to put a credit card on file to be charged after your party. If you are saving a card to be automatically charged on party day, it must be the same card used to pay the deposit. 

Before booking, please have all party details including exact time, location and character requested.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Zelle, Venmo, ApplePay and all major credit cards. We do not accept checks except in special cases for large public events, festivals and non profits. We do not accept any payments by mail.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

We do not provide refunds for cancellations due to weather, sickness or last minute changes, etc. however, your retainer can be applied to a new date if you would like to reschedule your party for the future! We only provide a refund of your retainer if there is an issue on our end, i.e., one of our performers becomes sick and we are not able to find a replacement. 

  • Why should we choose Aloha Princess Parties?

Our company has been providing smiles to families all over for 11 years and we have over 100 five star reviews across our platforms to show for it! Our performers are experienced and trained working actors, singers and musicians who are qualified to create the most realistic experience for your child! We have been praised not only for our fun performances and stellar singing, but how much our performers actually look and act like the characters! We put professionalism and character accuracy first! 

  • Do you have other characters? 

If you are interested in a character that you don't see on our website, let us know! We often do specialty characters and can sometimes customize a character just for you! 

  • What things should I let the company know about my party?

  • Please keep us updated if anything changes in regards to your party! (times, venue, child count, etc.)

  • Please let us know if your party is in a neighborhood where parking is difficult. If we are not provided a designated parking spot, it could make us late entering. Please also let us know in advance if your venue requires paid parking. Per our contracts, all parking fees are to be paid by the client. If we enter late because of lack of parking available for our performers, we are not able to stay longer.

  • Please let us know if your party is a pool party! We are happy to perform at your pool party, but we must make sure to keep our beautiful costumes, supplies and electrical equipment dry. Please do not let the children splash or spray the performers with water guns. Please make sure your children are dried off before interacting with the character (unless it is a swimming mermaid party).

  • Please do not allow children who are sick to interact with our performers. We want to keep a safe environment for our performers and future clients, and do not want to spread any respiratory viruses.

  • Can I book multiple characters from different companies?

We do not perform with other character companies. This is for the safety and integrity of our company, as well as consistency and accuracy for the kids. We cannot verify the quality of character performers we do not know and do not want the differences in skill levels to affect our performances. You are more than welcome to book other vendors that are not costumed characters such as: professional magicians, musicians, reptile shows, food vendors, etc.

  • My guests aren't here yet. Can you wait an extra 15-20 minutes?

We are unfortunately not able to postpone our entrance time as we are on a schedule and must be respectful to our next client's party time. If you would like to extend your time by 30 minutes or an hour, we may be able to accommodate if we don't have another party afterwards. Extending in advance is best, but if you would like to add more time to your event on site, please speak with your performer and they will contact the company to confirm it is okay.

  • Do performers come dressed? Or will they need to change?

Our performers come dressed and ready to go at their start time!

We don't have intricate supplies to set up, so we start as soon as we enter the party. The only parties where we arrive early to set up and change are our swimming mermaid parties.

  • What is your tips policy?

Tips are not a requirement, but are always appreciated! To thank your performer for an extra magical job, feel free to tip them directly in cash at the end of your event.
